Applications
It is used for the measurement of wet density and moisture content of compacted materials in the following areas: excavation and backfill construction; underground passages, basements and foundations; backfilling and ditches, garbage; subgrade foundations and trench backfilling. It is mainly suitable for clay and non-cohesive soils, and can also be used for lime or cement improved soils, gravel soils and other soils.
