Application:
TT reflects the level of fibrinogen in plasma and the amount of heparin-like substances in plasma. TT decreased when fibrinogen increased and fibrinogen decreased, otherwise TT increased. Can be used for the detection of heparin dosage.
This kit is used to measure thrombin time in human plasma samples in vitro.
